OIMS deLite is a web based application for emergency services, which provides support for all things operational for emergency services. It provides real-time updates to content, and has been designed from the ground up to be secure, reliable, scalable, low bandwidth and so intuitive that most users should need little training, if any.

It includes:

• Tracking the skills, licenses and sign-offs of responders and the equipment and capabilities of vehicles;
• Recording training and skills maintenance;
• Managing crew member allocation to vehicles and assignment of vehicles to requests for assistance.

In the future, it will also include:

• Crew member availability and rostering (including calendar integration);
• PDF generation for paper based RFA allocation and reporting (for when mobile networks are unavailable to vehicles);
• Aggregation of statistics for reporting at regional and higher levels
